Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items ordered.
The delivery times indicated are given as an indication and the nice fleetcould not be held responsible for a delay in delivery inherent to the carrier.

We offer several shipping methods:


For Metropolitan France

LETTRE SUIVIE
Délai de livraison de 24h à 72h.

Valable pour une à deux petites pièces (brassards, ballons et coussins de plage). 

COLISSIMO WITH SIGNATURE AND GLS (depending on the weight of the package)
Delivery time from 24h to 48h, once the package has been shipped.
The package will be delivered to your home against a signature. In case of absence, a notice of passage is left in order to organize a new delivery.

MONDIAL RELAY
After checking out, you select the relay point where your package will be delivered. You will be notified by email of its arrival at the relay point of your choice. This point will only hold your parcel for a period of 7 calendar days. 

 

For Europe

COLISSIMO À DOMICILE
Pour une livraison en Europe, les frais de port varient en fonction de la destination. Le meilleur tarif vous sera proposé lors de la validation de votre panier.
Pour l’Europe, les délais de livraison sont de 3 à 7 jours ouvrés. Les éventuels frais de douane et taxes du pays de destination sont à la charge du client.

DHL ECONOMY EUROPE

For the rest of the world

DHL EXPRESS
For delivery in the rest of the world, shipping costs vary depending on the destination. The best price will be proposed to you during the validation of your basket.
For the area outside Europe, delivery times are from 2 to 15 working days, depending on the destination.
Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

RETURNS

In case of a change of mind on your part, the products you wish to return must have been purchased on our website www.thenicefleet.com and have been kept in their unopened and undamaged condition, unused and in their original unopened and undamaged packaging.

For any purchase on our site, you have a "retract" delay of 14 days after receipt of your parcel to send us this one. The return of the items is done at the customer's expense.

All returned goods must be returned to us intact in the condition in which they were shipped by us. the nice fleet will check any returned merchandise for possible damage and to ensure that it comes from the nice fleet.  

Before any return, you must contact us by email at contact@thenicefleet.com with your order number and the name of the product you wish to return. No return will be accepted without our prior knowledge and without our having received the necessary documents to study the return. 

In case of a defective product, in addition to the information mentioned above, please attach a clear photo of the product as a whole and a clear photo of the defective part.
